Empowering the Pearl: NWCC Hosts Event for Local Business Leaders

Over 45 top business leaders attended the event held at NWCC member Wieden + Kennedy’s office on March 5th. The event included networking and several short panels on issues facing Pearl District business managers and owners.

The Downtown Business Incentive Credit Program has been expanded to include the Pearl District. The NWCC works to advocate for the Pearl District as part of its mission to improve the lives of all who live, work, learn, and play in the Pearl District. NWCC Chair Ken Thrasher’s outreach to the city and county was critical to passing this important boost for our business community.
