Strengthening NWCC’s Street Pearl District Outreach to Provide Direct Support and Meaningful Change
Late in 2024, we were thrilled to announce that our incredible Humanitarian Team officially became part of NWCC! This new arrangement energized the team, allowing them to work more effectively on the streets, directly helping those in need.

Terrance Dodson
With a heart of gold and extensive experience working with the houseless community.
Terrance is deeply familiar with the shelter system. Terrance brings years of
experience working directly with homeless and drug and alcohol-addicted populations. He takes a personal interest in every client, seeking to meet them where they are and offer services to help them get back on the road to success.

Tiffany Hammer
A registered nurse and community activist, Tiffany forms the backbone of the humanitarian outreach services with extensive connections and wide networks within the social service provider community. A dedicated and caring professional, Tiffany has been involved in working with community mental health organizations, trauma nursing care, and vulnerable populations for many years.
Located at the corner of NW Kearney and NW 14th Avenue, the new NWCC office is designed to support both operations and community engagement. It now serves as the headquarters for our Executive Director, Chase McPherson, and the Humanitarian Outreach Team, enhancing our ability to connect with the community. With its central Pearl District location, the new office strengthens NWCC’s visibility and expands opportunities for meaningful outreach.
We are deeply grateful to NWCC Board member Al Solheim for his generous contribution in making this space available to NWCC.
