Terry was on 15th and Hoyt in Portland’s Pearl District. NWCC’s outreach coordinator, Terrance, made contact with Terry and offered him help from the City Team. Terry accepted and thanked NWCC for everything we do — he was excited to get material assistance. Living on the street is hard. Terry said he was cold, and Terrance saved his life. He received a Hop Pass to get to the City Team and the City Team voucher to use once he got there.
